Cancellation Policy

＜Cancellation requested by Client＞

You can cancel your order by contacting us via email at mailing@balancecoachally.com

 

Before consummation of any purchased coaching session: 

A cancellation fee of 25% of the price will be charged. The remaining 75% of the price will be reimbursed within two (2) months delay from cancellation request acknowledged by Head of Operations via email.

 

After consummation of one or more purchased coaching sessions:

No cancellation fee will be charged. The full price of the unconsummated coaching sessions will be reimbursed within a delay of two (2) months from cancellation request acknowledged by Head of Operations via email.

 

No cancellation is possible once all purchased coaching sessions have been consummated.

 

＜Cancellation requested by Head of Operations＞

The Head of Operations reserves the right to cancel a purchase at any given time in case of Client’s behavioral issues (“Cancellation For Client Default”) and/or inability for the Head of Operations to perform the purchased service (“Cancellation For Business Default”).

In case of Cancellation For Client Default, a cancellation fee of 40% of the price will be charged. The remaining 60% of the price will be reimbursed within two (2) months delay from cancellation order sent by Head of Operations via email.

In case of Cancellation For Business Default, no cancellation fee will be charged. The full price of the unconsummated coaching sessions will be reimbursed within a delay of two (2) months from cancellation order sent by Head of Operations via email.
